Please help chronic pain sufferers like myself

I never talk about it on the internet but I am a chronic back pain sufferer myself, and as a psychology student I made up my mind to scientifically investigate it on a psychological level. If you are undergrad/ postgrad student currently enrolled in UK (any nationality is fine), could you please do me a favor? My colleague and I have launched a survey for our degree; it looks at the relationship between chronic pain and depression along with other psychological factors. It will only take 15 min or less! Thanks a million in advance if you are willing to take part.
